Policy Details:
- Non-Refundable Services:
All astrology consultations, reports, and personalized recommendations are non-refundable. Once a consultation is completed or a report is delivered, we cannot provide refunds due to the personalized nature of the service. - Rescheduling Appointments:
If you need to reschedule your consultation, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a convenient time for you. - Cancellations:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may be eligible for rescheduling.
- Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
- Service Accuracy:
We strive for accuracy and professionalism in our consultations. However, astrology is a predictive science, and results may vary based on individual circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes and request clients to approach the services with an open mind.
